Facebook Will Announce Its Chatbot And Live Chat Api's At F8!!

After Microsoft chatbot 'Tay' Facebook is also working on its new chatbot and is expected to make the related announcement at the next Facebook's F8 discussion week.Facebook will provide its developers with API collection to build chatbot and live chat plugin for business clients support.

Most of the businesses don't have the technical skills or the resources to build the chatbot themselves,by this Facebook is also trying to build its B2B builders by connecting potential clients with the companies by the way of chat,the chatbot will includes companies construct automated response techniques for fielding messages from potential clients.

Facebook Messenger will links its username and some new personalised links that users can share anywhere while online.“You can send your Messenger Link directly to your contacts or friends. Tap or click any Messenger Link to open Messenger directly to a thread with that person or business,” Facebook says. 

Currently,Facebook isn't charging any type of the cost or the subscription  to its developers,but Facebook could still make income from its chatbot and live discuss support to its clients.
